Cookie Policy
Cookie notice pursuant to the Italian Data Protection Authority Order of 10 June 2021 and Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.
Version 0.1 · Drafted: May 23, 2026 · Related document: Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the websites visited may save on the user's device. They make the site work, store user choices or, in other cases, collect browsing information.
Technologies similar to cookies (e.g. local storage, session storage, pixels) are treated under this Cookie Policy with the same rules as cookies.
2. Data controller
The controller of processing carried out via cookies on argomanager.com is:
AITAKY SRL — Italian VAT/Tax ID 05694750281 — Via Germania 7, 35010 Vigonza (PD), Italy
Privacy email: privacy@aitaky.com — PEC: aitaky@pec.it
3. Cookies used on argomanager.com
The argomanager.com site uses only strictly necessary technical cookies required for site operation and does not use analytics, profiling or marketing cookies. Therefore, under the Italian DPA Guidelines of 10 June 2021, no prior user consent is required for cookies used by default.
The only exception is the Google Calendar Appointment Schedules booking widget, described in §4.
3.1 Strictly necessary technical cookies
| Cookie / Technology | Origin | Purpose | Duration | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Possible server-side session cookies | First party (argomanager.com) | Technical site operation, security | Session (deleted when browser closes) | Not required (Art. 122(1) Italian Leg. Decree 196/2003) |
| Possible local preferences (e.g. language) | First party (local storage) | Store display preferences | Persistent until manually cleared | Not required |
3.2 Analytics, profiling, marketing cookies
Not used. The site does not integrate any third-party analytics or tracking tools, nor social media pixels, nor advertising cookies. AITAKY has chosen not to profile the visitors of its marketing site.
4. Third-party cookies — Google Calendar Appointment Schedules (load-on-click)
The site offers the option to book an Argo demo via Google Calendar — Appointment Schedules, operated by Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace, EU). The booking widget is NOT loaded when the page opens: it is activated only after the user explicitly clicks the "Book a demo" button.
| Cookie / Technology | Origin | Purpose | Duration | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google technical session cookies | Third party (calendar.google.com, Google domain) |
Manage booking, technical authentication, anti-abuse | Session and/or persistent | Given by the user through the activation click |
| Possible Google security cookies | Third party (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd) | Security, fraud prevention | Persistent | Given via the click |
Consequences of the click:
- Google scripts and cookies are loaded
- booking data (date, time, provided email, name) flows directly into AITAKY's corporate calendar hosted on Google Workspace (EU region)
- no systematic extra-EU transfer of booking data: processing takes place under AITAKY's Google Workspace plan
- any occasional access by Google staff outside the EU (e.g. support) is covered by the SCCs included in the Google Workspace DPA
For more information: Google's Privacy Policy.
If the user does not wish to activate the booking widget, they can simply avoid clicking the "Book a demo" button and use alternative contact channels (contact form, direct email).
5. Managing cookies
The user may at any time:
5.1 Disable cookies in the browser
Major browsers allow you to:
- block all cookies
- block third-party cookies
- delete cookies already stored
Instructions for the most common browsers:
5.2 Deleting booking data already transmitted
For any data transmitted by booking a demo (managed by Google Calendar Appointment Schedules in AITAKY's corporate calendar), the user can write to privacy@aitaky.com and AITAKY will delete the event and associated data from its systems. For any data remaining in Google's technical systems, the user can contact Google as indicated in their Privacy Policy.
6. Cookies used by the SaaS application (app.argomanager.com)
The SaaS application app.argomanager.com — accessible only after authentication — uses strictly necessary technical cookies different from those on the marketing site (e.g. Supabase Auth session cookies, AWS Cognito cookies for the Document module, Stripe technical cookies in payment areas).
Such cookies are all strictly necessary for the Service to operate and do not require prior user consent. They are described in the in-app Privacy Policy.
